Instructions for article submission

• All articles must be written in either portuguese or english and sent either in MS-Word or LaTex file format, according to the templates below).
• Submission must be made through e-mail to the address revista_sistemas_fsma@pobox.com;
• All articles must contain an abstract and at most 5 keywords. Articles written in portuguese must also submit these elements in English.
• The journal contemplates three different submission trails, with no page limitation (due to the electronic nature of our publication), with the following characteristics:
  • Main trail: : for articles whose main authors are professors, researchers and/or employees at public or private companies.
  • Student trail: for articles whose main authors are students at any level (graduate or undergraduate).
  • Tutorial trail: for tutorials that describe a relevant area of research in computer science. Tutorials must be complete, self-contained and educational.
• All figures must be in high-resolution format (at least 300 dpi in either jpg or gif format). Every figure must be numbered, captioned and mentioned in the text.
• Templates for article creation:
  • Word file format.
  • New LaTex Template (includes bib files).
  
  b) Structure
  • Articles submitted must be unpublished.
  • The journal will not retain publication rights.
  • Complete references must be listed at the end of the paper, according to ABNT NBR-6023 format
  • The author may include a glossary at the end of the paper, if deemed necessary.
  • Authors may include a brief curriculum at the end of the paper, indicating their education and current work status.
  
  c) Evaluation Process
  • All articles will be reviewed by leading researchers (PhD level) in "blind review" mode.
