Aims and Scope

The Revista de Sistemas de Informação da FSMA (ISSN 1983-5604) aims to become well known as a peer-reviewed international journal on computer science that publishes only quality original research.

Our topic areas includes all the subject matters on computer science, such as, but not restricted to, artificial intelligence, operating systems, computer networks, programming languages, sofware development and computational security.

All papers should describe the problems they solve and show real or potential applications. Our practical papers must be understandable and have a thorough description of the experimentation process leading to the reproducibility of the research.

Theoretical papers are also welcome, if they address relevant issues that may lead to new practical knowledge or the improvement of science.

We aim for the creation of a scientific information forum, where pertinent information can be spread, not only for another scientific journal. We hope to contribute to international knowledge growth and to become a beacon for the academic and industrial national development.
